This notice is given pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act.  5ILCS 140/1, et.seq.
Caterpillar Trail Public Water District of Woodford County, Illinois has heretofore
been duly organized and is now operating as a public water district under
the provisions of the Public Water District Act of the State of Illinois 70 ILCS 3705/1 et.seq.

The Caterpillar Trail Public Water District is governed by a Board of Trustees appointed
by the Woodford County Board.
